Kebabs are very favorite. But sometimes we do not have time to go to a restaurant to eat it. Here is the recipe. Do it yourself. It is both easy and delicious and also a homemade beyti kebabs recipe.

Ingredients;

To prepare the filling;

  • 300 grams ground beef,
  • 1 clove of garlic,
  • 2 medium size onions,
  • A pinch of parsley,
  • A half cup of breadcrumbs.
  • 1 coffee spoon of salt,
  • 1 coffee spoon of thyme,
  • Red pepper flakes,
  • 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil.

To roll;

  • 3 phyllo sheets,
  • 2 tablespoons of butter (50 grams),
  • 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil.

For the sauce;

  • 1 tablespoon of butter (25 grams),
  • 1 tablespoon of pepper paste,
  • 200 ml. water (1 cup),
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste,
  • 1 coffee spoon of dry mint.

The cup size: 200 ml.

Process of Easy Beyti Kebabs Recipe

At first, put the ground beef in to a deep bowl.
And chop the onion, garlic and parsley by using a chopper and add them in to the ground beef.
Add the vegetable oil, spices, breadcrumbs and knead.
Form ground beef mixture into patties 1 inch (3 cm) by 6 inches (15 cm).
Place them on a baking sheet into a tray.
And bake them into the preheated oven to 180°C for 10 minutes then take them out from the oven.

Melt the butter into a small pan then add the vegetable oil and mix them.
Place one of the phyllo sheet on a plain surface and cut it in half.
Brush the butter and oil mixture on the half of the phyllo sheet and place the baked kebabs on the long edge and roll the sheet.
Cut the rolls into bite size pieces diagonally.
And place the pieces into a tray.
Brush the butter and oil mixture left on the pieces in to the tray.
Bake them into the preheated oven to 180°C for 10 minutes.

While baking, to prepare the sauce melt the butter in a pan and add the pastes and then add the mint by stirring.
Pour the water and cook until it starts to boil.

After baking, arrange the pieces in a circle on a plate by leaving the middle of the plate empty for the yogurt.
Then place the yogurt in the middle of the plate.

Lightly drizzle the beyti kebabs with the tomato sauce and serve hot.
